Macom, a brazilian company leader in industrial kitchen equipments and systems, received a purchase offer from Hoshizaki, a japanese kitchen equipment manufacturer also present in the United States and Europe.
Excelia when hired to conduct the M&A process, identified opportunities to create value and, aligned with Macom shareholders, left the process on standby and managed initiatives to optimize the deal value on the resumption of negotiations with potential buyers.
After reaching a new level of management and results, Excelia conducted the entire M&A process covering the new business plan presentation to potential buyers, negotiation of the deal price and preparation of the purchase and sale agreement.
