Colégio Palmares is a traditional school founded in 1975 in the city of São Paulo. Serving about 800 students from preschool to high school, Palmares is well-known by the strong performance of its students in university entrance exams.
Excelia was hired to develop a succession plan, restructure financial and operational processes and conduct the M&A process.
From the financial and operational situational analysis of the business to now, a series of value-creation initiatives and improvements of internal processes were implemented, thus increasing the company profitability. The pedagogical succession was completed therefore ensuring the continuity of both company and Palmares brand and making it possible to maintain a high-level education.
