Director of Solução de Valor Humano (SVH), Tâmara has a career in human resources and consulting, working in strategic people management, including: diagnostics, strategic planning of performance and development. Experience in methodologies for implementing organizational structures at all levels in partnership with business leaders, cultural transformation, change management and multidisciplinary teams.
