About Elaine Bicho
Excelia’s Project Director, Elaine Bicho has approximately 15 years of experience in the finance and controlling area and has worked on projects in the civil, food and textile segments, among others.
Previously, she held management positions as Controller for the finance, costs, controlling, accounting, tax and IT areas, focusing on processes, reports, budgets and costs, and also as Finance, responsible for raising funds, negotiating with suppliers, and managing and controlling cash.
Among her main actions, she structured the administrative sector, coordinated the development of the integrated system, implemented tools such as Budget Control and Real vs. Standard Costs, optimized processes, and implemented the controlling area in several companies such as Grupo Rosset, Grupo Singulare and Ati-gel Frutas Congeladas.
Academic Background
Graduated in Business Administration from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas -FMU and holds an MBA in Controller from Fipecafi.
