About Leonardo Ferreira
Leonardo has worked on due diligence and valuation projects in the airline miles, chemical industry, clothing, radio and television, wine industry, among others. He has knowledge in corporate finance, accounting and strategic planning.
As a consultant, he provides support for M&A, turnaround, debt restructuring and EBITDA improvement projects, as well as in the operational and financial analysis of companies to map value creation initiatives.
Academic Background
Graduated in Business Administration from UNIP, has a specialization course in Finance and Management from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and has a Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst certificate from the Corporate Finance Institute.
