Period of operation: 2011 – present
Colégio Palmares, a traditional São Paulo school founded in 1975, has a history of high performance in the ENEM (National High School Exam). With 800 students, it offers educational services from preschool to high school.
Excelia was hired to develop a succession plan for its partners, consolidate and restructure financial and operational processes, and conduct the M&A process.
Since the detailed survey of the financial and operational situation of Colégio Palmares to the present day, a series of value generation initiatives and improvements to internal processes have already been implemented, resulting mainly in improved profitability. The educational succession process was completed with a view to ensuring the perpetuity of the business and the Palmares brand, and ensuring quality educational management.
