About Emerson de Balbino Silva
Excelia’s Project Director, Emerson Balbino has extensive experience in implementing shared services, developing and implementing models and solutions for the budget planning process and project management.
He previously worked as a Project Manager at Camargo Corrêa Group, having actively participated in the shared services project, managing and implementing processes and technological solutions in the group’s various companies. He held the position of Project Manager at IBM, working mainly in the Chemical and Energy segments. Before that, he worked as a Financial Consultant at PwC for over eleven years.
Academic Background
Graduated in Business Administration from PUC-SP and holds an MBA from FGV.
