Meire Stuchi
Meire Stuchi is Excelia’s Executive Director, responsible for Excellence Processes, Governance, and Operational and Financial Efficiency. With a well-established career and more than 20 years of experience, her work spans strategic financial planning, controllership, Compliance, risk assessment, forensic accounting, and the implementation of Shared Services Centers (SSCs).
With a career marked by strategic roles at major organizations, Meire has led turnaround, restructuring, and internal process optimization projects, as well as internal and external audits. During her time at PwC, she advised companies such as Avon, Blindex, Natura, Novartis, Cebrace, Cyrela, Johnson & Johnson, Embraer, CB Richard Ellis, and Hines, building deep expertise in corporate governance and financial control.
She also served as Controller at Natura and held the position of CFO at Jequiti, playing a key role in the financial structuring and development of these organizations.
In addition to her executive work, Meire serves on Audit Committees at publicly traded companies, reinforcing her commitment to best practices in governance, transparency, and risk management.
